It was erect between 1531 and 1574 on plant of a church
angioina (XIII) with attached hospital and monastery which it was' connected
with a crossover. Introduces a Renaissance dress that postpones to the Neapolitan
architectural culture. Internally it articulates around a tall dome attributed
to Domenico Fontana, introduces a sumptuous ceiling in wood, altar and organs
baroques, as well as' cloths of notable historical-artistic interest. It was'
damaged following the 1943 bombardments and' is recently consolidated and
restored. The seventeenth-century façade introduces stately statues
